Founded in 1960, AIDA is a global organisation dedicated to promoting collaboration, research, and the development of insurance law and dispute resolution across international markets. Through its worldwide network of national chapters, working parties, conferences, and affiliated ARIAS societies, AIDA brings together legal professionals, academics, arbitrators, insurers, and industry specialists from around the world.
ARIAS (UK) forms part of this international network of ARIAS societies, supporting the advancement of arbitration and mediation within the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Together, these organisations help encourage best practice, specialist expertise, and international cooperation in dispute resolution.
