Experience
Before becoming a full time neutral in 2015, Andrew had a 17 year career in complex claims at AIG starting as a complex coverage director and eventually serving as Global Head of Casualty Claims. In his career as a neutral, he has mediated hundreds of insurance and insurance adjacent disputes (broker E&O, disputes between insurers and TPA’s, MGA’s and MGU’s, reinsurance and captives) and arbitrated numerous insurance and commercial disputes as wing and chair.
