Have been appointed an expert witness in 170 cases venued in England, USA, Jersey, Guernsey, Scotland, Ireland, Canada, West Indies, South Africa, New Zealand, Germany, Hong Kong, Sweden & Lithuania. Also appointed as an arbitrator in 45 cases venued in England & Wales (2 as Chairman), USA, Canada, Dubai and Romania and as umpire in one further matter venued in the USA, also as a sole arbitrator in a case venued in England & Wales. Can speak to both past and current market custom and practice in the UK, USA, and internationally, due to prior and ongoing industry involvements.
