For over 3 decades, Frank has sat as arbitrator and acted as counsel and corporate executive, in a wide range of commercial, tort, and insurance-related disputes arising under the laws of many common and civil law countries.
Most recently, Frank served for 15 years as the Chief Claims Officer for Chubb Group (formerly ACE Group), the world’s largest publicly traded Property and Casualty Insurance Company. Frank left Chubb in 2019 and started his ADR practice in 2020. Since 2020, he has been named as a Chair, Party Appointed, or Sole Arbitrator in 38 consumer, commercial, and insurance-related matters, 24 of which have resulted in a written final award. He has also acted as a Mediator and Expert Witness.
